Your Custom Glove:
ALL STAR GOLD GLOVE ( Posted by Unknown on 4th Jun 2017)
This glove gave my son the confidence and ability to catch pop ups, line drives and grounders. Bought this after I could not find a basic leather glove for < 7U made for a small youth hand. None of the big box stores have leather - only the synthetic soft close garbage gloves. Used this glove for 6 seasons Advanced Tball 5U, 6U and 7U. Made the All Star team as starting short stop - this glove never lets him down and parents are amazed at the catches he makes - in Texas we use real leather balls at this age and they just stick to the glove.
Glove was game ready after 3 or 4 days of solid catch. Nokona gloves are a work of art. Surprised they are not more of them in the majors. Their leather trumps Wilson....
A real glove ( Posted by curt carter on 18th May 2017)
I ordered the s-100 for my 6yr old. He will not get the glove until July 2017. I have worked with the glove for about 20 minutes and its already broke in better than his glove we have had for a year and one season of ball on it. Can't wait to give him the Nokona and see how well he does with it. The glove is very well made and I love the look of it. I think he will only have Nokona gloves from now on.
All the Stars ( Posted by Steven Ludington on 5th Jun 2015)
This is a young boys second mitt, after he has learned how to use a mitt. Once broken in a bit, and some adjustment to a real mitt, maybe a week, it's the absolute top, nothing better. It's a real mitt, not B.S. I am proud of my son's using it. It always performs, and has elevated his performance.
Perfect glove for my son ( Posted by ZepTepi on 10th Mar 2015)
This is my sons first year playing baseball. A month b4 his baseball season I went to a local store and bought him the Youth Wilson A-500 because it was really soft and easy for him to close. A week b4 the season started I felt that his Wilson glove was so soft because it wasn't good quality. I wanted to get him a glove that was top quality, that he could keep for a long time and that he could break in b4 his first game. We bought the Alpha S-100 glove, some Nokona Premium cream and we spend 3 days breaking it in. After the first day it was ready to play, after the 3rd day it was perfect. He loves his glove and says it feels better than his first one. He has confidence in his glove and know it will last. He's playing each position his first year and this glove is perfect for that. You only get one time to make a first impression and his Alpha S-100 is making a great first impression, of what I hope will be a love for baseball. Thank you Nokona!
